Everything you are going to experience, feel and hear, I went through myself. This will be the guideline for your journey to find yourself. Your deepest longings, dreams and passions but also your fears, inhibitions and pitfalls.

There is no denying body and soul are connected in many ways. But all too often the effect of this connection is underestimated. Only by balancing body and spirit you will be able to find your true self.

Together we will explore yoga, because it tells us a lot about your personality and will help you to become more self-conscience. This way we’ll unravel your strengths, weaknesses, emotions, fears and stress indicators. From there we will start.
On top of this, yoga is great for relaxing and activating the body.

Therapy in group or solo
Therapy in group or solo
To find your authentic self we will engage in conversation. We do this according to the behavioural therapeutic principles of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), which has a solid scientific background and will form the perfect base for your new start.
Next to individual therapy there will also be group counselling. Because a group has a strong healing and supportive effect. It may feel or seem like you’re the only one struggling with certain challenges, but you are definitely not.

My mission is to make the knowledge and principles of yoga therapy accessible to everyone. This is the reason I offer these pleasant short retreats. Looking for something more? A luxury retreat with extra’s may be an option for you.
